 | I have been climbing with Dave for approaching 10 years and have always found him to be a calm and controlled climber who supports his partner.  | I’ve been climbing with Dave for nearly 5 years now and I love it. We have a lot of fun together even though he’s a much harder climber than me.  | What I enjoy abut being taken out climbing with Dave is that he understands my nervousness and is able to work with my fears in a gentle way and help me climb harder than I imagine myself to be able to.  | Dave, thanks for taking us out, I really appreciate it. Real climbing is incredible, I couldn't sleep for adrenaline afterwards! As you know I've done quite a lot of bouldering, but being a little afraid of heights I've never made the transition to traditional rope climbing, either on the wall or on rock. You manage to inspire a lot of confidence; by knowing that I'm safe, the height is no longer an issue. Date of Posting: 23 June 2009
